HIFI Trade Daily Chartbook is a private automation that processes selected email newsletters and prepares Telegram publications. It does not collect website visitor data.
Gmail access
The automation uses read-only Gmail API access solely to read selected Daily Chartbook emails. Email text, message metadata, images and charts may be processed.
Access is granted by the owner of the connected Google Account and can be revoked from Google Account settings.
Purpose of processing
Content is used only to prepare editorial descriptions and publish material in the HIFI TRADE Telegram channel. Every publication identifies the source.
Materials are not used for advertising, data sale, credit scoring or user profiling.
OpenAI and Telegram
Text and selected materials may be sent to the OpenAI API to generate an editorial description. The final publication is sent to Telegram. Only information required for this task is transferred.
HIFI TRADE does not use Gmail data to train its own general-purpose machine learning models.
Storage
HIFI TRADE does not create a separate email archive, user profiles or a Gmail content database. Emails and attachments are processed while the automation runs and are not retained separately.
Published material remains in Telegram until it is removed from the channel. Gmail access is protected and used only for the stated purpose.
Google Limited Use
HIFI Trade Daily Chartbook's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Access control and contact
Once Google access is revoked, the automation cannot access new email. Questions about access, removal of published material or data handling can be sent to lasttrader.f@gmail.com.
