These terms apply to the public HIFI TRADE website and its informational materials. Bybit and other external platforms operate under their own terms.
Purpose of the website
HIFI TRADE publishes market terminals, indicators, strategies, research and educational materials. They support market research but do not replace independent assessment.
The materials are not an offer to enter into a transaction or an asset-management agreement. By using the website, you acknowledge their informational nature and the risks associated with markets.
Data and models
We aim to keep materials accurate and current, but data may contain errors, delays or omissions. Models may be changed or withdrawn.
Before making a trading decision, users independently verify source data, parameters, fees and limitations.
Bybit Copy Trading
HIFI TRADE copy trading is provided through Bybit Copy Trading infrastructure. Registration, identity verification, custody, copy settings and execution take place on Bybit.
HIFI TRADE does not accept user funds, store exchange account data or request passwords or API keys. Use of Bybit is governed by agreements between the user and Bybit.
Materials and sources
HIFI TRADE materials, design and proprietary models are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Daily Chartbook materials are published under the permission received and always include source attribution.
Availability
The website and individual materials may be temporarily unavailable, updated or moved. HIFI TRADE does not control the availability of external platforms or their technical decisions.
